Olsen Farms has been direct selling to restaurants for many years. We pride ourselves on having a consistent supply of potatoes for at least 10 months out of the year and most meat cuts 12 months out of the year. Maintaining excellent product and delivery consistency and restaurant communication is very important to us. We specialize in catering to the unique needs of the chefs we work with - from particular sizes and mixtures of potatoes to meat cut to order. No order is too big or small. Olsen Farms makes direct deliveries on a weekly basis and shipment to further locations can be arranged.
